As part of an ongoing effort to keep campus dining options fresh, the College will be closing the Trolley Stop following dinner service Tues., July 12. Miss Jackson’s Kitchen will be opening in its place at the start of the fall semester, featuring a menu with healthy, locally sourced foods, and using organic ingredients whenever available. Miss Jackson’s Kitchen will be operated by Juan Martinez, the proprietor and owner of Don Juan’s. We recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Trolley Stop staff, many of whom will stay with the College and will be joining dining services on campus.
