25+ things to do with the fam during Family Weekend, Sept. 22-24

Lafayette will host Family Weekend Sept. 22-24. It’s a great opportunity to show the fam around campus, take them to your favorite places, and explore Downtown Easton. Check out the full lineup for 25+ events to explore this Family Weekend.

Start Friday evening with a visit to LaFarmstand to stock up on fresh veggies and flowers. Then head to LaFarm for hot chocolate, apple cider, s’mores, and a tour. Be sure to stop by the Student Performance Showcase 8-9 p.m. in Colton Chapel.

Explore Downtown Easton Saturday morning with a stop by Easton Farmers’ Market. Or use your Pard Dollars and treat the fam to breakfast. Take one of the campus tours, stop by an open house, or attend a lecture. Visit the 19th annual pre-game Block pARTy, stop by the Family Weekend tailgate (please note this will be held in Kamine Gym due to the predicted rain). Head to the 3:30 p.m. football game (don’t forget to reserve your free student ticket) or support the Leopards at one of the weekend’s volleyball matches.

Sunday offers painting, a Yom Kippur dinner, and more. Walk through the College Hill neighborhood and enjoy musical performances during the Village on College Hill’s Porchfest.
