Indigenous Heritage Month, observed every November, is a dedicated time to honor and commemorate the diverse and rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Native Americans to the United States. Indigenous peoples have significantly contributed to various facets of American life, including art, literature, music, agriculture, medicine, and military service. They have generously shared their wisdom, customs, and spiritual practices, thereby enriching the tapestry of American society. By celebrating Indigenous Heritage Month, we not only recognize the resilience, strength, and enduring spirit of the Indigenous people of America but also commit to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of their vital legacy in our country.
