Help fund your students’ nontraditional learning experience this summer: Have them apply for The Carolynn Van Dyke Prize!
Proposals should be for experiences that broaden the student’s horizons rather than those directly related to coursework in technical or scientific subjects or to prepare for a career. The recipients will be selected on the basis of the quality of the proposal, its originality and value to the individual, and the individual’s need for such financial assistance.
The prize fund is made available to the recipient(s) during the summer to engage in a nontraditional learning experience such as domestic or foreign travel, social service work, research, internship at a nonprofit organization, etc.
Deadline is Mon., March 18, 2024.
