You may have seen Be There messaging around campus. It encourages you to look, listen, and link. But what does that mean? The Counseling Center’s Be There campaign highlights ways that we can create a community that cares about mental health and one another. We can do this by looking for signs of distress, listening to provide support, and linking to resources on campus. You can learn more about how to support peers in distress on the Counseling Center website. Student groups may also request Be There training.
