Make sure to attend a variety of events to relax before your finals. From game night, to a wellness fair, to yoga, there are a lot of opportunities for tranquility in a stressful week.
- Finals week game night at the library: Lafayette Libraries and the Social Gaming Network collaborate in a de-stress event. There will be games, coffee, and baked goods available for students. - Flourish Through Finals: Attend the wellness fair in the Leopard’s Lair to reset before finals. There will be yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and more. The Counseling Center will also guide you through rest and self-care techniques for the next week. They will provide study tips, bubbles, and breathing techniques, along with free tea and snacks. - Gateway & Go: Connect with a Gateway Career Counselor or Peer Advisor before ending the semester. Get your professional documents reviewed, or ask career questions. Log onto the zoom link virtually, or attend Hogg Hall in person. - Relaxation Lounge: Looking for another break from finals? Stop by Farinon on Tuesday afternoon for massage chairs, foot and calf massagers, citrus water, paraffin wax bath, and an oxygen bar. - Beginner level yoga class: Take a break at the end of finals week with a beginner yoga class at Easton Yoga in Downtown Easton. The classes are taught by an experienced teaching staff, and part of the proceeds go toward the Shanthi Project. The Shanthi Project is a nonprofit mindfulness service in the Greater Lehigh Valley that promotes the benefits of mindfulness and building important community and relationship skills.
