To coincide with the College’s work schedule over holiday break, the following changes in time sheet deadlines for biweekly paid employees need to be made in order to complete the biweekly payroll in a timely manner.

All time sheets for the Dec. 14-27 pay period are to be completed, approved, and submitted to the Controller’s Office no later than 10 a.m. Mon., Dec. 30.

All time sheets should include two days marked “College Approved Holiday” corresponding to Dec. 24 and 25. All time sheets should also include three days marked “Lafayette Approved Closed” corresponding to Dec. 23, 26, and 27. Pay date will be Fri., Jan. 3, 2025.
