This winter, the College will introduce new anti-discrimination and harassment training for all current employees and students. All students and employees will be required to complete the training.

“This program will help everyone at the College learn more about preventing discrimination and harassment on campus, what to do if you see or you experience such behavior, and how our policies help to support a community of belonging and care for all,” says President Nicole Hurd.

A link to the online training course will be emailed later this month. Additional reminders will be shared through Lafayette Today and upcoming meetings.

The training is expected to take approximately 45 minutes to complete. The training can be completed in multiple sessions, and it must be completed before Fri., March 14.
