Feeling anxious? Anxiety is a normal yet unpleasant experience that we all face at some point in our lives. Anxiety may look different for everyone and can be brought on by various life stressors. When anxiety arises, it can impact our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The good news? There are evidence-based strategies that can help promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.
