Starting April 14 Karen Salvemini will be the College’s new Title IX contact, serving as director of institutional equity and Title IX coordinator. Ernest Jeffries, vice president for inclusion, had previously been serving in the role on an interim basis since the fall.
“Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community,” Jeffries says. “She has an engaging nature and a desire to connect with our community. I am very excited to have her as a part of the Inclusion team.”
Salvemini has 10 years experience as an equal opportunity compliance coordinator and Title IX coordinator in higher education.
