The College wants to thank everyone who completed the recent Anti-Discrimination Training. In follow up to that training, an email sent recently from titleix@lafayette.edu to faculty and staff may have caused confusion in asking recipients to fill out a survey. The email, sent on the evening of April 9, with subject line: ACTION REQUIRED: Survey, was sent by the Lafayette Title IX team to those who completed the training. The College values the input and opinions of all its faculty and staff, and your feedback will help to improve future trainings. The College also wanted to clarify that providing feedback through the survey is optional. Thank you for your understanding and your assistance.
