Grubhub Campus to launch at Lafayette-UPDATE

There will be a new way to order your favorite foods on—and off-campus—starting in the fall semester. Dining Services will be partnering with Grubhub Campus to allow students, staff, and faculty to order pickup from select campus dining locations.

Craving your vanilla sweet cream cold brew from Gilbert’s? At the start of the fall semester you’ll be able to place your order through the Grubhub app and pick up at Gilbert’s. Your dining account and Pard Dollars will be linked through the Grubhub app. Meal swipes or Pard Dollars can be used for on-campus mobile orders. 

In the fall Grubhub Campus will be available at Gilbert’s Coffee House, Cinco, Lower Farinon, Skillman Cafe, and ECO Cafe. Check Lafayette Today for more details in the coming weeks.

FAQs

• Will I still be able to order through the Transact app?

  No. Grubhub Campus will replace the Transact app for mobile ordering and pick-up.

• Can I continue to use my faculty/staff meal plan with my Pard Card?

  Yes, the Pard Card will not go away.

• When will I see my meal plan and Pard Dollars in the Grubhub app?

At the start of the semester, your Grubhub account will be updated and will show your meal plan and Pard Dollars on the app.

• I haven’t used Grubhub before. How will I connect to Lafayette’s program?

  Download Grubhub, then open the app. Choose Campus Dining. Under Find Your Campus choose Lafayette, and click Add Affiliation. Choose your grad year, or select whether you’re faculty or staff. Then you should see a list of participating on-campus dining options, as well as eateries in the Easton area.

  • You can download the app now. Details on connecting to campus meal plans will be shared through Lafayette Today in the following weeks.

• If I go into Gilbert’s to order a coffee, can I still swipe my ID?

  Yes, you can order in person and swipe your ID (at on-campus eateries and Pard Dollar participating restaurants and shops).

  • In the fall semester you’ll have two choices to use your Pard Dollars. You can mobile order ahead of time through Grubhub Campus and pick up your order at the on-campus location. Or you can order in person and swipe your ID.
