If you’re a hiring manager in charge of hiring student workers for your department, please refer to the updated student payroll onboarding form, which can be found on the Finance and Administration website. The form is titled “Student Payroll Notification.”
Also as a reminder, as of May 2025, all students are paid on a biweekly schedule. The current biweekly pay schedule can be found on the Finance and Administration website and is titled “Student Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule.”
