Do you find yourself wanting a place to dig a little deeper into your relationships with others and develop a more nuanced understanding of your feelings? Understanding Self and Others is a group that provides space to figure yourself out, share your thoughts and questions, and get feedback from others along the way. Taking a brave step into group therapy means taking a risk to engage with others in a new way. Group therapy often means challenging yourself to share when you might normally be quiet, or offer feedback to help others grow. It’s these risks that allow us to create deep and meaningful connections with others. Come and get to know yourself in a new way. Liz Alogna will facilitate this group on a day/time based on students’ availability. Request more information.
