Recreation Services is offering a 10-week course during the spring semester that will prepare students to earn an NCCA-accredited personal trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). The course includes weekly in-person lessons and access to discounted educational materials. All certified students will have the opportunity to apply to work as a personal trainer with Recreation Services for the following semester.
The cost is $149 upfront for materials, plus $99 at the time of the exam. REGISTER by Thurs., Feb. 5. The class size is limited to 10 participants, and access to the class will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
