International and Off-Campus Education is seeking faculty leaders for its winter and summer 2027 abroad programs.
Proposals for new and previously offered interim programs are welcome, especially for the winter when interest is greater. Interim off-campus courses are typically taught by two faculty or one faculty and one staff member, with both receiving an overload stipend. At least one of the leaders must be a full-time tenured faculty member. Each course involves three to eight weeks of intensive off-campus study at a domestic or international location.
The proposal submission deadline is Jan. 15, 2026. To discuss a proposal idea, best practices, or any questions, contact Rochelle Keesler.
