Now is the time to take advantage of Lafayette’s enhanced Tuition Programs for qualified full-time employees, which provide financial support for eligible dependents through Tuition Remission, Tuition Exchange, and Tuition Grants. Beginning spring 2026, the required length of service for eligibility has been reduced to two years of continuous full-time employment at Lafayette, rather than five years.
