Lafayette faculty and staff who are traveling internationally for College business (e.g., research, conferences, recruitment, etc.) are required to register with International and Off-Campus Education. If you’re supervising a student group or club that’s traveling internationally (e.g., athletics, choir, Alternative Spring Break, etc.), send the roster and itinerary to studyabroad@lafayette.edu.
Please register your travel at least two weeks before your departure. The international insurance fee of $25 per week can be paid via departmental TOC, cash, or check.
