It is hard to believe March is coming to an end, but with the changing months, a bunch of fun events are happening. Hear from Bill Nye the Science Guy or enjoy a performance from the Ballet Club for its Spring Showcase. Check out these five fun activities taking place this week!
- Founders’ Day Speaker Series keynote—Bill Nye: Celebrate the conclusion of the Founders’ Day festivities on campus by registering to see Bill Nye! The talk will feature a discussion with the famous “Bill Nye the Science Guy.” 8 p.m. Mon., March 30 • APK • MORE
- Ballet Club Spring Showcase: Enjoy an evening of ballet from the Lafayette Ballet Club. The organization will be showcasing the story of Raymonda. 6:30 p.m. Tues., March 31 • Williams Center for the Arts • MORE
- Trashion Show: Create and show off your personal fashionware made of upcycled trash. The Trashion Show, sponsored by the Eco Reps Leadership Program, will feature a runway for participants to show off their designs. 6-8 p.m. Wed., April 1 • Farinon Atrium • MORE
- Barre Fusion: Release pressures from the week and get moving with a barre fusion class. Get a full body workout with different movements and equipment to feel the “barre burn.” 7:30-8:15 a.m. Fri., April 3 • Kirby Sports Center, Room 229 • MORE
