The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.

The College provides a web proxy tool that allows students to grant external users “view only” access to elements of their student education records (i.e., course schedule, grades, financial aid award, etc.). Students can update and/or revoke proxy access at any time.

View the reference guide for accessing the proxy management system, and learn more about FERPA.
