This semester, Lafayette will celebrate National Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) and LGBTQIA+ History Month (Oct. 1-31). Is your class, department, or club planning an event, or have an idea to celebrate one of these months?
Plan early and be sure to share details on keynote speakers, festivals, and events. Prior to the start of each heritage month, there will be a call for events in Lafayette Today.
Once you’ve reserved your space, add your event(s) to OurCampus or calendar.lafayette.edu. Then share the calendar URL for the event with the coordinator for that heritage month.
A list of events across campus celebrating each heritage month will be compiled and shared with the campus community through Lafayette Today. Example
