Starting 1 p.m. Sun., Sept. 27, music is set to erupt every hour, on the hour, from 31 different porches scattered across College Hill for the eighth annual PorchFest. More than 50 performers across any and all genres are slated to get their groove on for passersby before 5 p.m., when everyone is invited to join in the Big Easy Easton Brass band’s Second Line Parade starting and ending at College Hill Presbyterian Church (501 Brodhead St.).
