There’s still time to share your feedback about working at Lafayette. Responses to the employee engagement survey, conducted by Energage, an independent research company, will be accepted through Mon., Oct. 19. The survey takes about five minutes.
Current faculty and staff received an email from survey@energage.com or support@energage.com with a personal link to the survey. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder for a message from “Energage Survey.” You may need to mark it as “not spam” before you can open it.
Your responses are confidential. Energage does not share identifying information with the College. Energage also uses survey results to determine its Top Workplaces’ local and national recognition.
HR looks forward to sharing a summary and next steps with the campus in the spring.
