Pards and visitors will have a new taste combo to sample this year at PA Bacon Fest, thanks to Lafayette’s Dining Services.
In honor of Lafayette’s Bicentennial celebrations, the Lafayette food truck will feature a Marquis Madeleine (a sponge cake cookie garnished with bacon and chocolate drizzle), as well as a spicy hot apple cider topped with a house-cured bacon lardoon at the 15th annual festival.
It’s Lafayette Dining’s first visit to PA Bacon Fest, which will be held Nov. 7-8 in Downtown Easton. Be sure to stop by the food truck to be among the first to try this tasty new treat.
