Bernard Fried, 88, who spent 37 years as a member of the Lafayette faculty, died Dec. 21 at Kirkland Village, Bethlehem.

Over the span of 63 years at Lafayette, he made enormous contributions to the college. He was head of the Chemistry Department for 13 years.

The former professor of economics died on Sept. 28 at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.

Rocky Vonelli died on Sunday at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus. He worked in the receiving department for Bon Appetit.

The biology professor made his mark through research, teaching, mentoring, music, humor, and more.

The retiree, who worked for more than 50 years at the College, passed away on May 9 at age 94.

She'll be missed for her infectious smile and laughter that lit up a room.

Lafayette offers condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of John Chunko, who passed away on March 18.
