Assistant professor of government and law at Lafayette from 1998-2005, Neil Englehart died on Saturday at age 55, according to The Blade (Toledo, Ohio). A scholar of human rights, state formation, and state capacity with a focus on Southeast Asia, he was chair of the political science department at Bowling Green University.
