The Development and College Relations Division is transitioning to a new client relationship management system (CRM), Ellucian CRM Advance, to provide better service for alumni, parents, and friends. Implementation Phase I, which has taken approximately 28 months, concluded on Sept. 21 as we shut down Banner Advancement for all Development users.  The Development staff, beginning with the core CRM team, will begin accessing the CRM today. As with any conversion, there will be a period of transition. Throughout the fall, there may be times when certain information is not readily available to satisfy requests from campus partners. If you have reports or data provided to you by staff in Development and College Relations and/or use alumni-maintained data, please reach out to Stephanie Hayes or Paulette Poloni.
