Plans proceed for Apple TV+ adaptation of Masters of the Air

The first three episodes of Masters of the Air, an adaptation of the acclaimed WWII book by Don Miller, MacCracken Professor of History Emeritus, will be directed by Emmy Award-winner Cary Joji Fukunaga for Apple TV+, according to an article in Deadline. The 10-episode series is headed by Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television and Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman’s Playtone. The start of shooting is planned for March in London.
