Unsung hero: Sarah Yencha
Sarah Yencha is one of many unsung heroes in the Office of Advising. She has used her many areas of expertise, including technology tools we deploy such as Maxient, Qualtrics, and Banner, to keep the Office of Advising ever-evolving, responsive to a remote-learning environment, and working in smooth tandem with many other offices on campus. She is a consummate team player and colleague. Her efforts and positive attitude have been a vital part of the glue that has helped the office operate as a team of professionals who want the best for our students. —Mike Olin, dean of advising and co-curricular programs
