Wearing a blue and white shirt, Chelsea Emrick smiles.Chelsea Emrick is the administrative coordinator of two departments, the Center for the Integration of Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship (CITLS) and the Health Professions Program. She also coordinates Lafayette’s involvement in the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. As such, Chelsea’s time is divided, and she navigates several major responsibilities.

In her roles at CITLS, although her work is mostly behind the scenes, she is like the glue that holds many efforts together. She performs her duties with admirable dedication and high quality. Her willingness to try and learn new things and professionalism stand out. For example, she continues to learn new digital tools to enhance center operations, present new approaches and ways of doing things to the team, and interact professionally with fellow colleagues, faculty members, students, and staff. Chelsea is also reliable and takes her responsibilities seriously. During the pandemic, she continues to provide encouragement to her colleagues.

We are very grateful to have Chelsea as part of the CITLS team, especially as our work continues to evolve to support the needs of the College.
