To coincide with the College’s work schedule for December and January, the following changes in timesheet deadlines for bi-weekly paid employees need to be made in order to complete payroll processing in a timely manner.

Pay period Dec. 5-18
All timesheets must be completed, submitted, and approved by Dec. 18 at 10 a.m.  Check date will be Dec. 23.

Pay period Dec. 19-Jan. 1
All timesheets should include four days marked “College-approved holiday”: Dec. 24, 25, and 31, and Jan. 1. Timesheets also should include four days marked “Lafayette-approved closed”: Dec. 23, 28, 29, and 30.

The deadline for timesheets for the Dec. 19-Jan. 1 period remains the same as a regular bi-weekly payroll—online timesheets need to be completed, submitted, and approved by Jan. 5 at 10 a.m.
