Learn how to participate in this year’s leadership development event. Participants experience multiple educational sessions and receive personalized, detailed self-assessment reports and/or a book to complement session content. A mid-day panel involves conversations with accomplished alums who share and reflect on their own experiences with the five effective leadership practices—the hallmark of Lafayette’s leadership education model. Visiting faculty and professional leadership facilitators provide content that supports the competencies necessary to be an effective leader. Register by the Feb. 22 deadline.
