Come chat with the Counseling Center to learn how to stabilize yourself emotionally, engage with your experiences with more flexibility, and connect to your values using metaphors, mindfulness exercises, and other experiential components. This workshop will be offered to students on March 5, 12, and 19 at 1 p.m. with different topics each week. Feel free to attend one, two, or all three. Sign up at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop.
