Last school year, faculty participated in the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey. It was designed at Harvard Graduate School of Education and has been used by colleges and universities for well over a decade. On March 26 at 4:10 p.m., Provost John Meier will describe the survey and present some of the features of the response data, describing the ways in which it aligns with current campus conversations as well as what seems to have changed between the previous administration of the COACHE survey and our recent participation.
