Programs and exhibits: In charge of planning open classrooms and PARD Talks, coordinate open houses, gather information on exhibits on/around campus, confirm event times and building hours on campus.

 Entertainment and activities: Coordinate with LAF and various student groups to plan entertainment events (performances, etc.) for the weekend, plan the entertainment (music/activities) for the tailgate, and coordinate with student photographers.

 Promotions and registration: Assist with design of the Family Weekend logo, brochure, and T-shirt, take charge in advertising and publicity, create signs and designs for programs, assist with registration the weekend of the event.

Social media: part of the promotions team, but will mainly focus on social media outreach on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Will be in charge of creating posts decided on as a committee and regularly posting.

Tours and community: Plan and coordinate all on- and off-campus tours, serve as a liaison between the committee and downtown Easton, supervise tours during the weekend.

 Philanthropy: In charge of spearheading the philanthropy project for 2021. Will coordinate with the organization we will be supporting, create statements regarding the project, and oversee publicizing the project leading up to and during the event weekend.

Diversity: Will review all programs and ideas brought to the committee and make sure that all members of the Lafayette community will be represented and included.

Vending and care packages: Will work with the committee to create a list of items to be sold at vending, will create a theme and pick items for care packages, organize care package assembly, and coordinate pickup with the post office.

Sustainability: Will collaborate with other groups on campus to ensure the weekend is environmentally conscious, will create events surrounding sustainability on campus.
