First-time pickleball player is champ
A surprising victor emerged in the intramural pickleball tournament on March 23. Charlie Leroux ’21 arrived just before 5 p.m. and was taught how to play the sport by his friends.
He then went on to win three matches straight, taking home the top prize of a champion’s T-shirt while being cheered on by the same friends who had taught him to play just minutes earlier. Truly a shocking finish to this semester’s tournament! —Steven Kinsey, assistant director for organized sports
