As we approach the end of the semester, some students may not be able to complete their coursework for reasons beyond their control. In the event an incomplete grade is warranted, please discuss the option with the student’s class dean or the Registrar’s Office.

Faculty may choose to submit an incomplete contract. The contract should be completed in partnership with the student (virtually or in person). It provides the instructor and student with an official record of the incomplete work and the deadlines by which the work will be submitted. Copies of the contract are sent to the class dean and registrar. Adjustments can be made if necessary.
