Power to all main campus buildings will be turned off at 6 a.m. on Saturday; Sunday is the rain date. Local building generators will remain on in certain buildings to maintain vivariums and other research-related projects. Preventative maintenance and repairs will be completed at the electrical substation and in many campus buildings. After the maintenance is completed, power will be restored to all buildings. The entire process will take approximately eight hours.
