Accessibility improvements

Work to add handicapped-accessible parking spaces behind the Williams Center for the Arts along the alleyway between McCartney and Hamilton streets is expected to start next week. A handicapped-accessible entrance to the back of the building from these spaces will be added. Also, the loading dock area will be slightly reconfigured to allow trucks to access it without fully blocking the alley.
