First Lead Yourself
If you are interested in stepping into a leadership position, the catalyst is identifying passion and values because you cannot lead the organization until you first lead yourself. This three-hour program is designed to help first-year students learn to take strategic action and tap into their personal vision. Don’t settle for simply hoping you will hit the ground running this year, get empowered to FLY.
At the conclusion of this workshop on Sept. 4, students will be able to:
- Define, with absolute clarity, the vision that will keep them inspired to set goals.
- Define personal and empowering beliefs to overcome obstacles along the journey.
- Take strategic action through a guided action plan in order to commit to their vision.
