A green salad with a small cup of dressingDining Services is implementing rigorous safety, sanitation, and service measures. We are eager to welcome you into our dining spaces.

All venues will be open this fall with indoor seating available. Buffets and salad bars will allow you to help yourself. There is a mixture of pre-made and made-to-order items. Eco Clamshell takeout is available for to-go dining. This includes one sustainable box in Upper Farinon and Marquis; takeout meals are limited to one container.

Mobile ordering is available for ECO Café (smoothies only), Skillman Café (drinks only), Lower Farinon, Gilbert’s, and The Trolley Stop. Simon’s is available for mobile ordering only. Learn more

The extraordinary challenges of COVID-19 make hiring quality staff extremely difficult for us and many of our peer institutions and Lehigh Valley restaurants. Some hours are adjusted to accommodate open staff positions. Dining partner Bon Appetit continues to recruit aggressively for new employees. As the semester progresses and additional hiring occurs, changes to the operating hours below will be communicated.
