While the recent World Mental Health Day is a single day on our calendars, nurturing the mental health and wellbeing of ourselves and our community is a daily, ongoing process in which we all have a vital role. During a time in which everyone’s lives throughout the world have been directly or indirectly impacted, it has never been more important to come together to obtain and provide support through shared lived experiences.

This is one of the reasons why Lafayette has partnered with Togetherall. This online, peer-to-peer mental health community empowers students to anonymously seek and provide support. It’s moderated by registered mental health professionals and offers a safe space to connect with others experiencing similar feelings 24/7, 365 days a year. Togetherall also offers many creative tools and a wide range of self-guided courses to help support your mental health and well-being.

It’s free to all students. Register today!

Visit the Togetherall website and enter your academic email address to join. Or learn more.
