Traditional Korean music with a K-pop twist

Take traditional Korean instruments—zithers, flutes, drums, and gongs—add high-octane female vocalists and a contemporary K-pop twist to make the multi-award-winning group Ak Dan Gwang Chil. The music blends sacred, shamanic, and minyo folk music with 21st-century appeal thanks to the talented trio of women and instrumental ensemble who perform with dynamic, bring-the-house-down energy.
