Lafayette is an institutional member of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD), an independent center dedicated to supporting academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers. This provides faculty members with access to numerous resources, including:

  • Monthly guest expert webinars
  • Access to multi-week courses
  • Access to Dissertation Success Curriculum for graduate students
  • Private discussion forum for peer-mentoring, problem-solving, and moderated writing challenges
  • Monthly accountability buddy matches
  • Access to 14-day writing challenges
  • Access to the member library that includes past webinar materials, referrals, and readings

Claim your personal membership to access these resources.  Once you complete the registration process and receive the welcome email from NCFDD, you can register for an upcoming event, such as the How to Align Your Time with Your Priorities webinar on Feb. 10, or the Media Interviews and Relationship Building webinar on Feb. 22. There are various events scheduled between now and April.
