Come learn all about weightlifting with a personal trainer and the Lafayette student fitness supervisors. These sessions will be open to small groups of students who have limited or no prior experience with weight training, and will be the beginning for giving you more confidence while using Lafayette’s fitness center. You’ll develop competence with basic weightlifting movements that include the leg press, bench press, and exercises on the racks!
