Forrest Stuart, Lafayette’s assistant vice president for financial aid, has been named interim vice president for enrollment management. Earlier this year, Greg MacDonald—current enrollment vice president—announced his retirement, effective April 1.
“I am honored and excited that Forrest has agreed to serve in this important role as we launch a national search for the next VP of enrollment management and welcome the Class of 2026,” says President Nicole Farmer Hurd. “Given the importance of strategy and community, especially at this time of year, Forrest has the experience to support our incoming and prospective students as well as be an impactful partner across campus. I look forward to what we will accomplish together in service of the College.”
Prior to joining Lafayette, Stuart served as associate vice president at Furman University in Greenville, S.C., and director of financial aid at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead our admissions and financial aid teams as we all work in common toward yielding an extraordinary Class of 2026. This will be a campus-wide effort, without question,” Stuart says.
