Twelve Lafayette students in the Classes of 2024 and 2025 will mentor Malagasy students from a public high school in Antananarivo over a 1.5-year period starting in fall 2022, and will do so in person during a three-week trip to Madagascar with Rochelle Keesler (Study Abroad) and Josh Smith (Mechanical Engineering) in January 2023. Students will receive one course credit for a January interim course (GM2) that includes significant preparation in the fall semester.
