Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley, in coordination with Landis Center, is looking for Lafayette students to be mentors in the Beyond School Walls program.
As a mentor, you will participate in monthly in-person or virtual mentoring sessions with local Lehigh Valley youth in the 8th-11th grades. Mentoring sessions start in a large group setting and then break into one-on-one interactions. Mentors will help their mentees with activities such as writing a resume, career exploration, interview skills, and more.
Lafayette College students have been successfully participating in the program since 2020. If you are interested in learning more and becoming a mentor in Fall 2022, fill out the interest form or contact Diana Larkin, volunteer coordinator, Landis Center for Community Engagement.
