In recent months, the supply of printing paper available to the campus has been steadily diminished and the cost has been steadily rising, coupled with shortages of some paper types. W.B. Mason has increased its price on copy paper by 40%. Due to these circumstances, it is necessary to increase the cost of copies/prints on the Xerox multi-function devices on campus by $0.02 per copy print.
Effective Sept. 1, 2022, the following price changes will take effect for departments:
• Black and White impressions $0.06 each
• Color impressions $0.17 each
We encourage all employees to use the centralized Xerox copiers in your area. The paper provided by Printing and Copy Services is to be used exclusively in the copiers under the Xerox contract. Departments should order paper from W.B. Mason for the non-Xerox or desktop devices in their department. The paper supplied should not be used for personal or home use.
