Join Lafayette Votes, Girl Up, ISA, RefAct, and A&S Club for a discussion Oct. 20 of issues relevant to the 2022 election cycle. Discussion to include inflation, women’s rights, immigration and border policies, political participation, and voter turnout.

Faculty from across the social sciences will discuss their research on these issues and how it relates to discourse around the 2022 election. The panel will feature professors Stephanie Chan (Govt & Law), Douglas de Toledo Piza (International Affairs), Dana Cuomo (WGSS), and Amy Guisinger (Economics), with professor Caroline Lee (A&S) facilitating the discussion.
